“Hello Cabo Verde” presents ten songs that translate traditional Cape Verdean music mixed with a contemporary style, with a strong presence of Afro-Brazilian and Afro-Continental music. Also, the project features important names like the Cape Verdean musician and song-writer Tibau Tavares, the singer from Mindelo Jenifer Solidade, the catalan musician Andrea Motis and the Brazilian accordionist Mestrinho.

Apart from the producing side explored by Adê himself, the album also has important production and co-production signatures, the likes of the infamous Cape Verdean musician Toy Vieira, the Swede Emanuel Sonka and the Brazilians Jurandir Santana and Crá Rosa.

In this second album, Adê pretends to be a powerful voice so more and more people get to know and feel the history and tradition of Cape Verde. Also, he wants to highlight the name of the island where he was born, Maio, telling its stories and intricacies, that often go unnoticed, but strongly contribute to what the country is.
